I understand what you're getting at.

As for how I feel about the case, I'm not really for it. I understand that there are benefits, esp. in the field of cancer treatment of medical cheeba. I've got no problem with it, and yes, I think that it takes an important decision away from state legislature.

MOST prescription drugs carry the risk of dependency. Do we outlaw oral painkillers because some become addicted and break the law to get it?
