...just like if I usually drink a six pack over the course of the week but then decline into day drinking by 10a. That's a different problem at that point and "stop drinking ya git" isn't really an appropriate response, irrespective of whether someone's dumbassery got them into that position.

So in that sense, yeah I say it's legitimate, regardless of what you could've done back in the day. Anyone who isn't functionally ambulatory around a store truly needs some assistance in my view. GL when Blue Shield is billing all those procedures though.
