When I bought my (2nd) used truck, I researched this type of thing, because the 1st one I bought blew up. But that was totally on me because I bought it blind without inspecting it.

I found out that Lemon Laws vary by state and although some dealers have their own return policies, you have to read the fine print.

The Nissan I bought was exempted from my dealer's return policy because it was a)over 10 years old b) over 100K. The sales guy wouldn't tell me this. I had to fucking read it for myself in the fine print.

Which is why I had it inspected before buying. Twice.
