Marlins don't count. Blue Jays don't count. Cardinals don't count because they have a massive nationwide fan base despite St. Louis being pretty small metro (although it's bigger than KC).

Small means Oakland/Tampa Bay/Cincinnati/Pittsburgh/Minnesota/Milwaukee small.

All of those teams have had windows but they failed to go the distance. Oakland and Minnesota look pretty good this year, as do the Brewers, but good luck with the Yankees and Astros over there in the AL and the Dodgers in the NL.
