Is there a definitive chart that shows the Xeon to Core technology comparison?.....

As in, an i3 of this generation is equivalent to this specific (or these specific) Xeons of the same generation?

I ask because I'm shopping for some budget parts for friends, and such a thing would be very handy. You can get the same performance out of a Xeon with a nudge of overclocking that you can a Core CPU, stock, and usually for 2/3rds the price.

(Also, Z, if you read this, I found out you do not need ECC RAM to use a Xeon - it's only if the board requires it and most (all?) consumer boards don't require ECC.)
