I slacked/drank for about a week but yesterday I got back on the exercise horse........

45 minute power-cardio yoga and I worked up quite the lather. Felt wonderful afterwards.

Lots of deep squats. Interestingly enough, my "bum knee" (bike accident in 2016) loves squats. Sitting around causes my knee to stiffen up and hurt going up and especially down the stairs.

Spent the entire day standing at the computer and feel pretty good now. I was literally sprinting up and down the stairs at home this afternoon juggling calls and making soup. Zero pain today.
