...my room can really only be arranged the way it is, and that way has the speakers pointing more or less at the door, where the carpet ends, leading down a narrow tiled hallway. Even with the door shut, it's a little loud.
And to the right of the desk... a window... which is about 15 feet from my neighbor's house and patio. I've got drapes in front of the blinds on that, but don't figure it does much.
I don't want a bunch of foam tiles on my wall anyway, so I guess I'll just chalk this up to cost-prohibitive.
