There are kinds of windows that are much better at sound blocking. Basically you want different thicknesses of glass, and different spacing between the glass. Then optimally, some of the panes should actually be two pieces that are laminated together. So like an outer pane that is 2x 1/8" laminated together, a middle pane that is 1/8", and then an inner pane that is 3/32" or something like that.
