The healthcare costs are out of control with care providers and pharmaceuticals. Insurance is just an insulator that has allowed care providers to gouge their patients (and their insurance plans) without much public outcry.
Though Obamacare was also very friendly to big pharma. Putting in place profiteering plans that will literally cost lives.
